President's Message

Welcome to the Rotary Club of Sudbury Sunrisers!
– Service Above Self –

Welcome to the Rotary Club of Sudbury Sunrisers’ new website. Our club, located in North Eastern Ontario, has a membership of over 60 professional men and women who are actively involved in providing community and charitable service.

During the past several years, Sudbury Sunrisers have successfully raised thousands of dollars with events such as our annual  Lucky Duck Dash. The funds raised through this very successful fundraiser have gone directly to the Northern Cancer Research Foundation.

Sudbury Sunrisers abide by the Four-Way Test:

Is it the TRUTH?

Is it FAIR to all concerned?

Will it build GOODWILL and BETTER FRIENDSHIPS?

Will it be BENEFICIAL to all concerned?

The Sudbury Sunrisers meet every Thursday morning from 7:30 am to 8:30 am. Guests are always welcome to join us for breakfast and to meet our members. Rotarians from other area clubs are also more than welcome to attend our club meetings!  We typically have a guest speaker who presents a topic that not only is of interest, but invariably is illuminating and enjoyable.

The Rotary Club of Sudbury Sunrisers is part of an international organization of over 1 million strong. As with all clubs, we support multiple international efforts such as Polio Plus, medical provisions, and foreign exchange programs.

We welcome you to browse our site to become more familiar with our club and to obtain more information about Rotary International.

Please feel free to contact us should you have any questions.

Le Club Rotary de Sudbury Sunrisers vous invite à participer à un de nos petits-déjeuners afin d’en connaître davantage au sujet de notre club local ou de Rotary International.

N'hésitez pas à venir vous joindre à nous, c'est une invitation!

2009-10 President
