Youth Exchange Program

Each year, our club sponsors a Rotary Youth Exchange student, who spends up to a year living with our host families while attending school in our community. We also sponsor a local student who in turn spends up to a year in another country.

Youth Exchange students learn a new way of living, a great deal about themselves, and maybe even a new language. As an ambassador, our Youth Exchange Students teach people they meet about their country, culture, and ideas – helping to bring the world closer and make some good friends in the process.

More than 8,000 young people each year have experiences like these through Rotary Youth Exchange.
