The Rotary Weekend has something for everyone and will get you energized for the year ahead. You will learn about new trends in Rotary and great ways to engage club members in service, fundraising, membership and more!  Registration will open soon, so plan to join us for inspiration, learning, and fellowship with Rotarians from across District 7010.
We Missed You Last Week
(Finalement!), the Sunrisers officially welcomed Mike Pagnutti back into the fold. A former Sunriser, Mike is Owner of Northern Security, keeping clients across Northern Ontario safe and secure for over 25 years. Welcome back, Mike!
If you missed last meeting, you missed a dynamic and engaging speaker - Chantae Robinson. Chantae is the President of the Afro-Heritage Association (Sudbury) and is a 3rd year medical student at NOSM who plans to be a surgeon in Elliot Lake. A powerful local advocate, Chantae spoke of the need to not be fixated on the ugly past of racism, but to embrace a future for a diversified and respectful community.

Started in 2005, the Afro-Heritage Association is very active in our community, showcasing their culture through food and dance at the annual Canada Day celebration, and hosting the History in the Making gala, focused on empowering change through dedicated service.

Thank-you Chantae for sharing your views on culture, connection, and inspiration!
